Ok, last time I was going through DoA I was using Ursan like everyone else in the GW universe, now I need something different and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction, I have all campaigns and EofN

No one does DoA any more,and when they do they dont use rangers.

If you want to try Heroes with a friend or somthing just run BHA.

If you use GoE's DoA build (posted over in the campfire on on pvxwiki) you swap the Cruel spear para out for a Barrager. Barrage will give a great plateform for great dwarf weapon. We tried using BHA with that build, but there was enough daze going around from technobabble that it was just a waste.

Hate to break the ice but rangers are useful in DoA. The group I go with near nightly use's at least one ranger at all times. Sometimes two depending on who can/can not make it the given night. You just have to be creative with your team build. Need a good assortment of damage/defense which the ranger can do both at the same time. Given the right build they can provide huge party defense and great damage output with the right support.

Wish my alliance would do nightly doa, "grumble grumble grumble" lol, just kidding dont care bout DoA, but they should fit in fine in the new build which uses like 5 physicals. Regardless you wont be able to pug it.

Famine ranger is also used in farming foundry & city.

Lots of ppl still do DoA, just because u don't know how to, there is no need to kill the fighting spirit in this little Ranger...

There is a Mesmer/Ranger build for DoA, aka in Caller in my guild. We run DoA like 2, mabye 3 times a day, and it works as well with Me/R as with R/Me... Always end Foundry last, pockets PH4T with Titan Gems

So OP, just go ahead and find a team of nice ppl instead of these 'tards that don't know squat what they are talking 'bout...

thanks no one in my guild has been doing DoA since Ursan died, and I've had very little luck with pug's, I'll try some of those links thanks.
